QT #18: August 2018 webinar: UCP2 is the DEUTERIUM CARBURETOR

This webinar is about UCP-2.  UCP2 leak is how deuterium is allowed into the matrix in higher doses to stimulate cell growth by changing the volume of a cell.  Volume size of a cell is the key to generating mitosis signal.  That signal must be present with ELF-UV stimulus to drive cell division.  That light stimulus comes from deuterium placed under a nuclear compression by the electric and magnetic field of the inner mitochondrial matrix in immature animals.  This mechanism can become pathologic when the UCP2 systems are not yoked to the circadian mechanism that controls the cell cycle or cell growth to cause mitochondrial diseases.
