Where do I start?
The universal answer is “not on the home page”. JackKruse.com is a conversation in progress and thus today’s *blog post is most likely part 6 or part 12 or part 21 of something that’s already started. That’s not to say you shouldn’t read it, but you’ll find most post reference an earlier read.
*All blog posts starting from the beginning of JackKruse.com (June 1, 2011) through August 11, 2017 are available here. As of August 11, 2017, all content available on JackKruse.com is available by membership only, learn more here.
So you must first ask yourself. . . what information would really help me. If you’re just sick and tired of being sick, then I’d start with Dr. Kruse’s protocols as listed below, the Leptin Prescription being first. You’re going to find links to other posts within that content. Follow the links, but come back to the core content until you understand Leptin then move on to the next.
How do I absorb all of this information?
This is a good question! Most visitors coming to the site don’t have a science or medical background, and those that do can still be overwhelmed by all the data. The best way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time, so you just need to figure out how to engage with the content in a way that feels relevant and meaningful to you. At first, you might feel like you’re reading Mandarin, but don’t sell yourself short–with some dedication and persistence, you will start connecting really important dots that can help you unravel your own situation and start creating breakthroughs.
To begin, you might search for your particular disease or symptoms to see what comes up, or review the blog index to give you a birds-eye view of the information available on the blog.
Dr. Kruse has created content in three primary forms:
- Private Facebook Groups
Dr. Kruse is very engaged with this community, as you can see if you’ve spent any time on the site. He responds to blog comments (and boy are there gems in the blog comments!), posts in the forums, engages with the members who post in “Ask Jack,” offers a webinar monthly to members and does a Q&A with Gold members monthly, too.
I can’t say enough about the value of becoming a Member. Your fastest path to understanding these concepts is through the webinars, Q&A talks, active communication with other members and Dr. Kruse in the forums and Private Facebook Groups.
