Inflammation

EMF 7: Quantum Prometheus

If you remember my podcast several years back, I told you the disease that got me interested in all this was osteoporosis. This is a disease I treat a lot as a spine surgeon. I discussed Wolff’s law in detail in the EMF 1 blog. When I realized that Wolff’s law was null and void in leptin resistance states in bone, something else radical appeared to me. I knew that Leptin Resistance signaled inflammation, and inflammation could be seen as a positive charge and loss of a negative charge on MRI’s, fMRI, and MEG studies. I also realized that MRI or NMR should show an increased flair signal on T2 weighted MRI images signifying an intracellular water loss coupled with a loss of collagen and of ATP. Collagen makes up the main protein of connective tissues in all mammals, typically 60–70{a7b724a0454d92c70890dedf5ec22a026af4df067c7b55aa6009b4d34d5da3c6} by weight. The water and collagen constitute a liquid crystalline matrix in which every cell in the body is embedded, making this system the ideal medium for intercommunication in eutherian mammals. Within this matrix we have learned about proton and electron superconduction that not only feed the underlying mechanistic pathways that most biochemistry recite but they also feed a rich “wet chemistry” that is fundamentally based upon special qualities of water. It turns out water has some prodigious quantum flexibility when it is confined in closed spaces that make it do some unique quirky things that no classic chemist would predict. These things are all predicted by quantum electrodynamic field theory. One such quirk is the use of water reverse micelles around proteins that increase enzyme action and kinetics by the order 10 to the 10th power based upon the pioneering work of Frank Mayer and Jim Clegg. Classic physics and chemistry thinks of water in its bulk form only because that is all the classic sciences can explain about it. In quantum coherence, where water acts as a total cohesive unit because it has infinite chemical freedom, water becomes highly structured chemically, from its bulk form to do some amazing things, to become extremely flexible in phase transitions between ice crystals and liquid crystals and gas vapor as it gets confined in small diameter nanotubes in our cells. Water dynamics and actions are quantumly altered as it is confined within nanotubes it develops properties that allow it to collectively work dynamically within reverse micelles and in proton superconducting cables that align along collagen in the cells cytoarchitecture to allow for super fast semiconduction. This has been reproduced by many physics and molecular biology researchers in electron photomicrographs and X-ray diffraction studies. The most amazing property water develops as it is confined in these nanotubes, it becomes a super catalyst that organic chemistry has missed, because it accounts for the energy of activation of biochemical reactions and enzymatic kinetics. It is not ATP that does this, ever!! ATP has another more critical function. It unfolds protein in cells to open water binding sites to form these super conduction cables to create 100{a7b724a0454d92c70890dedf5ec22a026af4df067c7b55aa6009b4d34d5da3c6} energy efficiency.

EMF 6: Quantum Time

"The miracle of your mind isn’t that you can see the world as it is. It’s that you can see the world as it isn’t." - Kathryn Schulz Without risk, life is worthless; without risk, biology does not work. Evolutionary biology is based upon the random risk of natural selection and and the conditions of existence. Darwin coined both of these terms but only explained the first well. The second idea was his better one, but he simply could not explain what conditions of existence meant. The reason was simple. He did not understand quantum field physics. Of the two, he said he knew, the latter was the most powerful force in biology. He was dead right, but since his time evolutionary biology and my critics have believed natural selection is the most important. It is not true. Today, we know “conditions of existence” meant epigenetics. Darwin spent the rest of of life looking for ‘epigenetics’ in an idea labeled “Pangenes”. He believed that Pangenes were responsible for translated environmental influences that have now become known as epigenetics today. Today we know that small frequency EMF’s called the Schumann resonance imprints water and creates life where their was none by using the power of quantum coherence of water. Evolution is in large part, about how these electromagnetic epigenetic signals are transferred to the living organism to living organism by bioelectrical cellular communication; it’s comparing quantum resonance notes and frequency notes and copying and pasting new epigenetic signals on RNA and DNA to make new genetic recipes to create a survival solution from life’s current condition of chaos. When we understand how that dish was created, we gain deep insight of how to keep that dish tasting fresh every time a generation is replicated. Today trans-generational epigenetics tells us something is badly off in our species.

EMF 5: What are the Biologic Effects of EMF?

Today's blog is not long on science. Consider it my Valentine's day present for you. It is long on observations made on humans and animals and EMF's. Most of the observations have been done by Russians and described in their literature. One human experiment done on US foreign soil will be eye opening to you. What EMF does to cells directly is it causes a massive stress response that simulates leptin resistance, a heart attack or a panic attack. It can affect plants too. The sensations are present while often the labs are completely normal and your doctor remains stumped as you sit in the ER. As time elapses the labs become trashed because the molecular clock no longer is able to work precisely but by that time you are closer to Michael Jackson's fate than a reversal of health. There are many forces at play to keep this information from you. If you were to understand its full power the economy of the world would likely collapse. This is why this info is systematically kept from you.

EMF 4: Why Might You Need Carbs for Performance?

Today EMF-4 is going to hit a very controversial topic. Why do the younger performers perceive they need carbs for performance? For years, I have said loudly, I don't believe it is true. Over the last 7 years I have begun to understand why their belief exists now. When you suffer from a disrupted circadian clock you perceive you do need carbs. It has been shown recently that artificial EMF's make our blood brain barrier and gut more permeable to carbohydrates. The micropulsations of EMF control biocycles, including the timing of mitotic rhythm and the entire cell cycle. Any major change in their frequency would be catastrophic for cells. In fact, today most of the paleo-sphere is unaware that experiments already have been done that have shown that vibrational rates near normal and slightly above the Schumann resonance, from 30-100 Hz, cause dramatic changes in the cell cycle timing. It turns out, the most powerful shaper of our development may turn out to be the subtlest force, that is completely invisible to us and perturbs the manner in which we handle macronutrients and recycle ATP.

EMF 2: Einstein, Meet Leptin

"You’ve got to work at living... when 99{a7b724a0454d92c70890dedf5ec22a026af4df067c7b55aa6009b4d34d5da3c6} of the globe works at dying daily; Denial of the truth will lead you into blind alleys. Let go of your paradigm, accept what nature designed, and embrace your ultimate potential" -Gretchen Bronson (starfish) Why is the clock the most important part of the story of life? Have you ever had a dream that seems so large in scope, it just seems like it just possibly cannot come to fruition? I have for the last 7 years. Today, I am going to share it with you. It is time. I believe all dreams come true, if we have the courage to pursue them. It is always easier to make a dollar off a dream, but it is a lot tougher to make a difference with one. I think EMF-2, is going to do just that for everyone. I told you all last March, on Sean Croxton’s underground internet radio show, and at Paleo FX 2012, that environmental mismatches all cause inflammation. Many of you found it a bold and interesting statement, but I never told you WHY. The reason I did not, was because I did not feel you were ready to understand my perspective, yet. Today that changes. When you do not understand someone’s perspective often times what they say sometimes sounds a bit 'bizarre' to you. The reason it does is because you have no frame of reference for understanding, primarily because you were never taught that space/time, might be the most critical factor in understanding trans-generational epigenetic biology today. That is going to change today as well.

EMF 1: Does Your Rolex Work?

Many long term readers of my blog will recall that I have always told you that timing matters more than the food you eat. It is one of the core tenets in My Leptin Rx. Many of you may not understand why this fact is foundational for all biology and why it may make understanding metabolic pathways in a biology book worthless when you are trying to get optimal and trying to reverse disease. This blog series is going to open you up to a new reality of understanding. Today is where I show you precisely how quantum mechanics of the Quilt's levee 30 might effects things you hold as a core belief.

The EPCOT Rx

Today comes the blog post a few months after the Webinar that was done on gut optimization using the EPCOTx protocol. Many people have heard of GAPS and the SCD diet for gut problems, but there is not a one size fits all approach. EPCOTx is designed to do a few things after one major thing is corrected (melatonin) to get your gut working well once again. It limits inflammation while improving "gut leptin sensitivity" and once it is firmly entrenched it allow for better mitochondrial efficiency and protection of the intestinal barrier from free radicals, bad foods, and poor lifestyle choices. These things are called epigenetic effects. Watch this video to understand it more fully! The "leaky gut" is also tied to cellular oxidation, a lack in the ability to chemically reduce the cells at night, and as a result increases cellular aging to cause disease. This protocol will help you rebuild your gut flora create the healthiest gut (which will give you the healthiest brain/gut) possible.

BRAIN GUT 17: THE POWER SQUAT

Today we are going to talk a bit about your “out door” as part of the brain gut series continues.  Today I am going to show you how spinal biomechanics and defecation are intimately related to good or poor physiologic function and may result in illness.  The human spine has 5 lumbar verterae and one block of bone distal to it called the sacrum.  The sacrum forms the back bony wall of the pelvis.

THE DOPAMINE Rx = GOOD CHOICES OR BAD

We learn best when we move through our environment. Moving naturally is how humans learn best. This is why even those stricken with severe Alzheimer's disease tend to improve cognitive performance with even mild exercise. Natural movement stimulates cortisol which increases neuron growth in our hippocampus to increase our ability to learn. Neural science tells us this and it is proven in how humans act and react to environmental stimuli to learn.

Brain Gut 16: Adrenal Fatigue Rx

What is Adrenal Fatigue at its core? Many websites will tell you it is an adrenal gland function problem that is best assayed by a salivary adrenal stress panel. I wont and I do not. The cause of adrenal fatigue is a brain injury at the hypothalamus all caused by bad signaling. My Adrenal Fatigue Rx is best called Metabolic Neurosurgery: It is all about energy and energy utilization that allows for perfect signaling of environmental signals. When your energy is bad your signaling falls off a cliff. The ASI is just like a gauge on a car. It tells you some info but it does not tell you why it is happening. How we understand adrenal dysfunction in 2012 has radically changed because of a relatively new science called neurohumoral-immunology. What does this mean? It means adrenal fatigue at its core is a brain illness and not an adrenal gland problem. What is the PVN? How do we know if our PVN is shut off? What are some of the symptoms? We can’t sleep, our guts do not work, our body composition goes way off, we sweat at the wrong times, we develop cognitive haze, blurred vision, migraines, and reactive hypoglycemia. Many times fatigue is only relieved by eating foods we should not. It also means we have lost allosteric control of leptin!
